Since 1977, Cataldo Ambulance Services, Inc. has continually distinguished itself as a leader in providing medical services. We continue to introduce innovative programs to ensure the highest level of care is available to everyone in our service areas. We are proud to provide frontline EMS Services to communities throughout the Greater Boston and North Shore areas. Cataldo ambulance provides emergency services, primary backup services, and medical transportation to a number of nursing homes, hospitals and other medical facilities. We remain focused on providing prompt, high-quality patient care at the Advanced Life Support and Basic Life Support Levels.
