YWCA Senior Health Fair

We’re gathering area Council on Aging, Elder Services and Health agencies together in one convenient location to make sure you’re getting the help you need when you need it, and getting the most out of your golden years. 

· Find out about social opportunities and resources available to seniors

· Take a free hearing test

· Learn how to find relief for aches and pains the natural way

· Hear Wellness Director Ilene Harnch-Grady speak about the importance of fitness in the lives of seniors

· Swim in the warm water pool from 12:30—1:30 p.m. (don’t forget your suit and towel!)

· Snacks and refreshment will be offered
