Yoga for Runners April 17th-May 8th 11am-12pm
This 4-week Yoga for runners series will focus on helping the body recover from or prepare for running by focusing on over-all flexibility, hip and feet activation and strength, stability and balance. All levels of yoga experience, all levels of runners, and non-runners are all welcome!
