OPEN HOUSE - WINEMAKING
Wednesday – Sunday, June 4-8 noon-6pm (Friday open until 7pm)
This weekend is all about winemaking. We will take out the crusher – de-stemmer and the bladder press and display it on the crush pad. Dirt to bottle tours of the winery at 2 and 4pm will include our winemaking operations with an emphasis on how to make wine. You will also sample our red wines aging in barrels. To all home winemakers: bring your wines in for us to taste, test and offer some suggestions.
Hedgehog Designs from Amesbury will be in the tasting room making candleholders, wine racks and furniture from barrel staves. Come celebrate making wine and the pleasures of drinking wine!
