This 4-week class series supports pregnant and postpartum individuals in building
strength, optimizing alignment, and reconnecting with their core and pelvic floor.
Learning Objectives / Outcomes:
By the end of the series, participants will:
? Understand foundational concepts of core and pelvic floor function in
pregnancy/postpartum.
? Develop awareness of alignment and breathing strategies that support daily
movement and healing.
? Learn corrective exercises to improve strength, mobility, and posture.
? Build confidence in moving safely and functionally throughout pregnancy and into
recovery.
? Gain tools for preventing and managing common dysfunctions, such as diastasis
recti, incontinence, pelvic pain, or prolapse, and maintain strength and function
for a pain free pregnancy.
