Perhaps you dream of walking out your door every day to the chicken coop to gather fresh eggs for breakfast. Raising chickens is fun and entertaining. In this one night introductory workshop, instructor John Macone will eggsplain the basic how to’s of getting started including choosing the right chicken breed, the different types of eggs, start up costs, spacing, managing predators, and more. There’s nothing like scrambling up an omelet with fresh, free-range eggs that you’ve gathered from your own backyard!
