The Pelican Intervention Fund is an Essex County Community Fund whose mission is to provide funding for residential 12 Step Programs for economically challenged adult men and women struggling with heroin and other addictive substances.

The Pelican Intervention Fund is dedicated to helping men and women on their journey from addiction to recovery and serves the communities of Amesbury, Byeld, Groveland, Merrimac, Newbury, Newburyport, Rowley, Salisbury and West Newbury and the greater Newburyport area.
