This class blends yin and restorative yoga with hands-on massage therapy for a deeply grounding, therapeutic experience. Led by a 500-hour RYT and a licensed massage therapist, each session focuses on a specific area of the body using long-held, supported postures paired with intentional massage to release tension, support mobility, and calm the nervous system. Programming is planned in six-workshop spurts, allowing the focus areas to evolve seasonally while keeping the experience fresh, intentional, and responsive to student needs.
