Liz Frame and Amy Black have spent the last few years building their audiences and drawing strong praise from press and industry folks alike. While Liz and her band have already played a number of Firehouse shows, this will be the first time Amy takes our stage.

Liz Frame and the Kickers are a highly popular staple of the North Shore. Their country-tinged, original tunes have been pleasing people for the last six years, three of them spent each summer taking that distinct sound out on the road, playing popular venues across the mid-Atlantic. They've released several cds, including their recent ep, "Justine," and are back in the studio recording 10 new songs, available in early 2016. No Depression has called the band and their music "fully formed and ready for the national spotlight."

Amy Black has just released "The Muscle Shoals Sessions," a collection of both standards and originals that beautifully showcase her soulful approach to the music of that region. Having spent decades in the Boston area, Amy has recently moved to Nashville to be closer to family and to push her musical career.

Like Liz, she is spending this summer out on the road with her band, broadening her fan base and introducing people to her sound. She is, what American Songwriter Magazine calls, "powerful, authentic (and) talented."
