Hula Hooping is a high energy & whimsical activity that will elevate your mood and help keep you fit! Not only does it burn 400-600 caleries per hour while toning your entire body, but it is also a great way to elease stress, have fun and get your creative juices flowing.
This workshop will teach students to utilize the hoop on aand off their body using the Hoopnotica method of training. It is geared towards students brand new to Hooping or for those of you ready to move beyond the waist.
