Event Description:
Marie teaches yoga poses that will give your children a great start to their fancy-free and fun week-end by presenting lessons that incorporate songs, sign, and various yoga-related activities. Principles of non-violence, kindness and working hard for the good of self and others will be integrated into each lesson. Classes will teach children how to access learning tools to calm down, pay attention and be happy!
Fridays 4-4:45pm starting January 15th-February 12th
