Embrace the fall season with a sit down harvest dinner featuring fresh foods from local farms prepared by Carolyn Grieco of carolynsfarmkitchen.com. The winery will be setting an elegant table to compliment the tantalizing four course food and wine dinner. The menu includes: seasonal appetizers; caramelized onion & parmesan soup; fennel crusted pork loin with apple cider glaze; farm spaghetti squash with a kale and walnut pesto; and spiced pear cake with a cranberry caramel sauce. Carolyn will be giving a short demo along with some creative cooking tips and a recipe booklet for you to take home. We will be limiting our seating this evening in order to provide you with an awesome dinner experience.
