Fusion Dance is aerobic and designed to strengthen the core to music that is eclectic and high energy for a full hour of fun. In this class, you will learn basic moves from Latin, Hip-Hop, Belly Dance, and Jazz in routines that are simple enough to follow along. All levels welcome. Janet has been dancing with a famed group of instructors from NY, CT and Boston studios for over 15 years. She has performed with Belly Dance, Hip-Hop and Latin dance troupes. Dance shoes or light tennis shoes.
