Cooking Class Series
Event Description:
Join our local "farm" chef Carolyn Grieco in the kitchen of the Compass Rose Inn for a wonderful evening of fine food and fun. These intimate 2 to 3 hour classes include a hands-on cooking experience while leaning creative recipes, professional tips, cooking techniques, and methods.
We begin class at 5:30pm and the evening ends with new friends enjoying a wonderful meal that's been prepared by all, in the warmth of the Compass Rose Inn dining room.
Join us for one of our cooking classes and spend a night or two in one our warm, cozy fire-placed suites.
Make it a special event with a loved one, or gather a group of good friends together and enjoy an evening away from it all!

The Newburyport area is rich with local foods & small producers and this cooking class celebrates their offerings! Not only will you learn professional skills and techniques in the kitchen, but our custom-made menu will incorporate artisan foods all sourced within 10 miles of the inn! Join us on our very own one-of-a-kind culinary journey!
