Unwind with a deeply nourishing Chakra Yin practice. Yin poses lengthen and revitalize fascia tissues through long-held, supported poses. This 90-minute specialty class explores each of the seven chakras through one long-held, supported pose for each energy center.
You’ll learn about each chakra while dropping into a slow, sensory experience supported by calming music, breath, and stillness.
Optional hands-on assists will help you soften more deeply into each posture.
We’ll finish with an extended Savasana to integrate and restore, leaving you feeling balanced, grounded, and renewed.
