Build your practice step by step in this 8-class beginner series. Starting with floor-based movements that strengthen your core, improve mobility, and introduce short Downward Dog holds, you’ll gradually progress into standing poses and flow sequences. By the end of the series, you’ll feel confident moving through a full vinyasa practice with strength, stability, and ease.
